I just had my car totally repainted from bumper to bumper at an certified MB body shop. When I got the car back the sunroof wouldn't open. I called the shop and was advised to hold down the driverside window button for about 5 seconds to reset all the window motors. Well this worked for all the windows but not for the sunroof. It feels like its just stuck, with a little prodding I was able to get it to go up and down but it wont drop down in position to open. Any suggestion?
