Yes , connections and use .. That is why I would use a good exterior holder and new wires ..........
The dual fans spec is 25 amp draw , so that is why I would not be fearful of a 25A fuse [ plus that is what was later recommended on the later 124 E320 dual fan circuits w/fuse on relay modification..............
