Those number are degrees in Celsius/centigrade. Water boils at 100 degrees Celsius. My 84 300d runs in the same temp range as yours. Most "gas" cars run a 190 F degree thermostat, and water boils at 212 degrees F if I remember my science class. So, as long as you are not boiling your antifreeze, you should be ok.
