Wear rating of no greater than 400??? UTQ of ~300 is already hard as a ROCK. No thanks. The cheapest, and probably more effective way to increase your stopping power is this: go with an aggressive front brake pads such as Porterfield R4S or Hawk HP+ (NOT HPS). Then get some darn sticky tires like: RE71s, AVS Intermeds/Sports, SP8000s, etc (all with UTQ of ~ 160-200ish. Of course, UTQ ratings are meaningless when compared across brands). Dollar per dollar, this will shorten your stopping distance with minimal work.

IMHO, Greenstuff pads are low-dust OEM-replacements that aren't worth $70. Stainless Steel lines are great if you still have the original brake lines... YMMV.
