What I think that you should do next is to remove EACH SET OF MATCHING bulbs one at a time and see if, and when, the bulb-out indicator goes out. By a set of matching bulbs, I mean for example, the left and right rear break light etc.

If after removing a specific set of matching bulbs, the bulb-out indicator goes out, you should then change BOTH of these bulbs.

If that does not work, or the problem returns, you then probably have a corroded contact in a bulb socket.

I suspect however that your problem relates to a particular set of bulbs that are not matched in the sense that one bulb in that set is drawing a different amount of current then the other bulb, therefore triggering the bulb-out indicator light.
