As far as the problem that it doesn't click off proceeding the turn, that is 100% mechanical as far as I know - something is broken on the stalk switch. And that being the case, your other problems could lie there also, especially since they seem so general - affecting the entire car. Basically, same as what BrierS said. What do you think?
