Turn off everything you don't need to drive safely. But chances are it probably won't make much of a difference at all. It'll probabaly make more of a difference to improve your driving skills. BMW has some great driving courses ($500 for a one day course with 19 other people) for the 1st level. The biggest factor in 0-60 times on the same car will likely be the driver.
