Motor oil contains zinc stearate, which will deposit zinc oxide powder in the cylinders. This will polish the honing marks out and cause excessive wear on the valve sealing faces, so I don't recommend using much motor oil in the diesel fuel.

ATF is probably worse. I used to be the only high detergent type oil/fuel available, I think, and so could do a pretty good job of de-gunking the IP and injectors, but I'd use injector cleaner (for diesels!) today, it works better and burns better.

So long as you don't get carried away, any liquid hydrocarbon thin enough to pump to the IP and thick enough to lubricate the sleeve and plunger sets will burn pretty well. Do not use more than 20% kerosine or 10% gasoline in the 61X engines, and DO NOT use either kerosine or gasoline in the 60x engines, it will toast the IP (very expensive).

WVO is fine so long as it is properly filtered to remove proteins and it's warm enough to keep it flowing -- most WVO will solidifiy around freezing. In a mixture with diesel fuel, don't go over 50% unless you can start and stop the engine on pure diesesl fuel (else you have serious starting problems).
