I had DHL deliver my parts from fastlane to another shop one time. After a few calls to them, they tracked them down and picked them up. Delivered them to me, box was open and gone through. Luckily, the only thing missing were a couple inj. heat shields (okay as these were to be spares). I don't deal with DHL anymore.
