Thanks for all the suggestions and replies. I am now fully equipped to check this relay myself. Got hold of the wiring diagram, as well as the circuit description of the OVP protection relay. Bought a digital Multi-meter, as well as a MityVac.

Ready, and anxious to diagnose. All I am waiting for is for the brutally cold temperatures to ease-up a bit. Its currently -2F outside, and close to freezing inside my garage. Need heat, lots of heat.
