Like Luke says a little negative camber is normal for 124s, but depends how much you mean. Could also be worn-out bushings that the PO didn't want to pay to replace. I'd compare it to other 124s if you have the chance, and plan on getting the rear suspension worked over if it seems excessive. A tighter rear end will greatly improve the handling as well, especially on wet roads (BTDT).
