Do you have a picture of the plastic piece that you talk about. My friend has a similar problem with his 420 and I was wondering if the pieces are the same. I do not want to take anything apart unless I know what I am getting into. My 190E also has similar problems, but one window will not go up and one will not go down. Are you referring to the gear on the regulator?
