Fascinated with the idea of biodiesel,primarily because I have access to a potentially unlimited supply of SVO.

Can anyone out there speak with authority and experience on this? Particularly are there any long term effects or damage to the engine and related components,I,E, does the stuff form a gummy residue that will affect rings, seals and injection pump components?

Will long term use cause "coking"in the cylinders?
