I do. 
I got the 40 Gb iPod, and have it halfway filled up already. I got most of the songs from my brother, who shamelessly downloaded them for free. 
As for me, I actually pay for my music via iTunes.
A company called Dension makes a good iPod connector, that allows you to connect your iPod to your headunit.
