I suppose that it all depends on how long you wish to keep your engine running prior to a rebuild. You can be very sure that dino oil has deteriorated somewhat over the first 5K miles. The engine wear between 5K and 7.5K is going to be higher, but, I cannot say, with any certainty, how much.
I'm quite sure that the engine will last for 125K, as a minimum, following changes at 7.5K.
