Dear friends;

Do you know the ingredients of oils being used for air compressors that requires oil for compressor lubrication? Some air compressors require SAE 30W (or 10W-30) auto oils, some require "compressor oils" that look like clear and very fluid sewing machine oil.

Can I just use SAE 30W or 10W-30 auto oils in any air compressors that require oil for compressor lubrication (not for air tool lubrication). Thanks.
