While we are at the planning stages, would a Zeroshift, sequiential speed shifting system work?

Zeroshift turns a regular Tremec T56 6 speed into a millisecond sequiential shifting transmission.

Might simplify the install by removing the need for the pedals but GREATLY increase the price of admission.
