with all due respect, the price is way out of line.

Not too long ago I purchased a similar car with 109k miles for 3500.

Just a few weeks ago, I purchased a 300e with 148k , mercedes receipts for 3400 for a/c work in June, CLK wheels with new tires... european headlights for 3800. I also have receipts for the headgasket, and it has a new starter, and a power steering pump that is only 2 years old.
