I think the 400 would be quicker in a straight line, if you could drive the stick well and get some traction (i.e. not with the stock 195 section tyres!). But I think you'd have to really know what you were doing to get it round a slalom type track faster than a 3. It may not be that much heavier but is almost certainly softer sprung and less communicative.

All IMHO, so prove me wrong!!
