I have a 2000 E55 which front pad I am trying to replace with aftermarket pads. Reason being, I am trying to find less dusty (less graphite containing) front pads.

I went to EBC since they have the pads which emits lighter coloured brake dust.

I went to the EBC web site and was recommended EBC pad#21075 for the E55. Upon trying to install these pad, I found out that the EBC pads is much smaller and different (would not fit the E55) than the pair in my E55. Calling EBC tech support does not help since they insist that it is the right pad for E55.

However checking back on the EBC website shows that the EBC recommends the same pad# for (W210) E320, E420 and E55??????. How could that be since it is my understanding that the E55 has different front calipers than the aforementioned models.
