yeah this is the land of ugly roads - and Ohio is no gem for roads in the first place...

a mother of a friend of mine hit a bad one here in NY on a state road...it bent i believe both wheels on the one side - the state did end up paying for it according to his story....i have not fisrt hand proof, nor do i know how hard it was to get the money / repair....

a county road or town road i imagine is a different story in itself...

My dad told all of us to carry a throw away camera in our car for insurance reasons...if you get hit, hit some one or find a pot hole, deer, ect...you can document it right there on the spot...
