Yeah, why can't you replace the compressor, dryer, and expansion valve...and flush the rest?? And...we do happen to get a bit more than a few hours of heat up here....it gets real Humid and mid 90's to around 100 quite often in July....the humidity makes it terrible, if it was a dry heat it'd be ok, but its not, its real real sticky. I'd just like to have A/C again at as little expense as possible....
