The chaff from quick search returns lots of results. At this point laziness and confusion sets in and the "New Thread" button becomes attractive.

Advanced search is needed to find relevant articles. The sort by field should be set to relevance, and the number of replies should be at least 2. Makes a big difference to select the forum (tech help for most of mine).
