I just inhereted a 87 300d turbo and have a few issues. sorry about the long post....
1- The blower motor does not work in auto or high low settings (blower motor?)
2- The passenger side window and the right rear window do not work (same side of car) from neither the console nor the door switches
3- My left speakers are dead (front and rear), the right ones work but the fader is crackling every time I touch it (I think it's the fader myself).
4- Finally the sunroof is not working. My dad said the roof stayed open one day and he took it to the mechanic and was told there was some type of problem with the tracks and was able to close it manualy and hasn't messed with it.
Now, about myself, I am a fairly seasoned mechanic but new to the european sedans of this caliber. I am not intimidated to tear into the car and have the cd's with schematics and such but would like to get a heads up from you experienced owners out there who have encountered similar troubles.
