New (to me) 95 E320 Wagon is missing one of the speaker grills in the left rear passenger door.

I'm going to be ripping everything out and upgrading, but is it safe to assume I'll need to replace the grill? Or are there custom install methods that would replace the grill and still look acceptable?

Assuming I need the grill, anyone have a part number and/or online parts source? None of the sites I looked up listed this item...hoping it's not a dealer-only item, they've hosed me enough recently...
