As you are paying $7K in fines.
A family friend just had his Dodge Ram and fifth wheel camper confiscated on the way to Florida, 400 gallons of HHO in the tanks.
The fine is $120,000.00 USD or $300.00 per gallon.
He has thirty days to pay, or truck and camper go to auction + legal action to seize assets for any balance due.
