What I am looking for is the code that is in the engine block, that is where the:

23G 85
Mercedes Benz
602 011 07 01

comes from, the cast engine block.

The 602 make sense, the 011, well if the 0 is change to a 9 then you have the 602.911, but there is more information here.
I have a 603 engine with the block code of year built 95, 603 011 35 01. The year bulit of 95 is a question, but the 011 does not make sense, I have yet to find a 603.911 engine listed any.
