Two (related?) issues
I think I need a valve job. I've been putting it off because I keep thinking I'm going to get high-compression heads for my car, but I've yet to find a source for them.
Would having bad valves and/or guides and stem seals cause my oil to become diluted with gas?
I burn very little oil - smoke on startup and the first 2 blocks or so before the oil change, presumably because the thin oil went through the seals/guides.
If it's bad rings or a bad bore, why would I get oil dilution but not oil burning, fouled plugs, etc?
Also, would any members happen to have a "Spare" set of 3.5, or 8.8:1 4.5 heads?
