I'm sorry, but I see no humor in this story. The poor truck driver was doing the best he could do. Some people are born extremely intelligent, some are born average, and some are developmently disabled. As I see it the driver was doing the best he could and was a fellow citizen I would welcome as my next door neighbor. I cast no shadow on any person who does the best he can.
