My heater doesn't seem to be working very well. Being May in NC I don't really need it but I really would like to know what's going on with the heater. The AC works great...but when I try to get heat then it is very slow to get any heat whatsoever..i was told that the monovalve need replacing...what is that? where is it..what does it do...
