It is my impression that all US 202 chassis cars had OBDII connectors hooked to the diagnostic module. Does your car not have an OBDII connector?

I'm not very up on CA regulations but I thought that the 202 cars would pass them as they do most OBDII requirements before the other models.

What exactly does the referee want your car to do? The requirement should just be a check engine light that works and a diagnostic module for control. All US models had diagnostic modules in 95 but not all of them were hooked to the OBDII connector.

All the scanner needs at the OBDII connector is a serial path to the diagnostic module through pin seven and ground and power through the other pins.
