Thanks for giving the year and model. I think it's the first question I've read today that volunteered the information.

For the stalling problem, lift the passenger side front carpet and check the )2 sensor connection. It will sometimes get corroded from leaking water.

For the blower fan it is likely worn out motor brushes if it is very intermittent. If it runs after startup and then shuts down and won't restart until the ignition switch has been cycled, then it could be a slipping belt.
