I know what happened, and I wasn't hallucinating! They were abusive to me from the beginning, then when I began to complain, they responded as though I had no right to complain, while slamming my money down on the counter. Yes, there was a tape of the events that have been viewed by the police and based on what occurred at the cash register, it would be clear to anyone of the rude and abusive attitude of the attendants.
