Oil companies have a bad rep and they don't help themselves. Only the nuclear folks suffer from worse press and tons of mis-information.
I would say all companies are evil before just saying oil companies are evil. I would think most people would be shocked to learn what their companies do in the pursuit of the dollar. And why does that pursuit somehow seem okay but when Exxon does it, its evil? oops, I am applying logic again. My bad!
I think the poster was right who stated that as long as we all have our gas guzzling SUV's to drive, we should shut up and quit whining.
