Well i never have had much of a problem with my car not starting and if i see people who need a jump or help etc. i usually help them. But i was curious as to why the cop refused to jump it. I had a neighbor who had a police interceptor and it had a plug just under the front push rail to plug in a 15'-20' jump cable. that was for guess what jumping cars. But yeah being stranded sucks the big one. i have had to jump many, well one freinds car many times. Also to a similar topic one day my SD would not start it cranked a few times then just went kaput, and nothing my frieind tried to jump it with a Cougar XR7 (same engine as a police car) and we tried for about 15 minates to jump her and she wouldn't budge. then when i got home hooked up the trickle charger and charged the batt. and she fired up drove her around then she has been good to go since.
