I know my boss used to send our customers shafts there from washington and though it did cost a bit it wasn't unresonable for the replacement and with a new suport bearing and reballanced. We never had one customer with a complait after it was done and most of them were long term customers.

Opps he still does send them there I just don't do that for a living anymore.
