I know a lot of folks love heat, but I don't tolerate it well. Well maybe, in theory, after a while, but I have no idea how long of a while. When it gets warm here, I head for mountain tops. Which is why Montana has an appeal. That and very low cost of living. A similar house around here would be 2x to 4x the cost, without including the property as part of the value.
