No personal experience here, however one of the retired agents I know opted for the titanium snaps and snap in teeth. Don't know if the replacement teeth are individually snapped in, or snapped in in sets of upper and lowers. Fairly costly, like in the $15-20K range. He seems to be fairly happy with the results. You do have to have good bone structure though.
