According to the 617.95 Service Manual, the minimum oil pressure level at idle is 0.3 bar.
The pressure should reach 3 bar no later than 3000 rpm.
The bypass valve in the oil filter opens at 3.5 bar and the oil pressure relief valve in the oil pump opens at 7 bar.
