You can also find the little plastic (blue) drain plug on the bottom of the radiator and take that out to drain it, then fill it through the top hose and cap on the expansion tank, or if no expansion tank, right into the radiator from the cap on it. 50/50 mix of distilled water and MB coolant is highly recommended. Warmer climates you can go 40/60 of coolant/water
