I ended up putting in 6 quarts total...

Man, I hope the biggest part of the problem is the turbo. It definitely didn't have the get up and go... I am not sure how this might affect the roughness of the idle?

How would I know that it is indeed the turbo? Would I need to pull the sucker off or can it be inspected without being removed?
