The first of the 123 's had the retainer made in the bumper or Cast then as usual they had to put a FOPP in it to mess things up .So just take the rubber off and put the plastic retainer in place ,drill three or four evenly spaced small holes through the plastic and bumper ,then screw in some small self tapping screws to hold it in place permanently. No more plastic clips and rubber hanging off when it gets bumped, W-D 40 the Rubber and insert it in the edges and use a rubber mallet to knock it back on .
