This one has 185K on the clock and all the prechambers were in poor condition. All the shafts were loose in the housings and the balls were worn. Metric Motors almost demanded that I replace them. So, at that mileage, I'd be surprised if the prechambers are not part of your problems.
Got all the belts and glow plugs and wiring done today. Manifolds tomorrow.
