Thumbs up Colorado Biodiesel

Has anyone purchased any injectors from this site?

http://injectors.150m.com/

If this is true, then these are nice injectors.

I have commissioned TomJ to prepare a set for me. He says he checks for correct spray pattern, good atomization, pop pressure. His gold plating setup is not working but he can plate them silver. I myself don't care what color they are just as long as they work well. I will have them installed by New Year's hopefully.

unsolicited plug

I happen to know TomJ, he is a true craftsman and an engineer. Attention to detail and care of minutiae is incredible. You willl not be disappointed. We work together on car stuff sometimes and he is several levels of mechanic ability above me

I am getting a set of 5 for my wifes 300SD from him.

Tom has my recommendation as well. I recently bought a set from him and he goes out of his way to get it right.

To those whom have tried these injectors, what were your old injectors operating like and what sort of differences did you experience?

Am working on getting a bunch of bodies plated so I can build up some sets for Xmas (probably too late for that already though.)

I have a few sets of balanced rebuilts together now and those who have inquired about them, please go here and correspond from the Colorado Biodiesel site:

http://www.coloradobiodiesel.com/injectors/

Click on the Xmas specials, those are the only ones I have right now.

TomJ, I'd prefer NEW nozzles with mine, balanced to +-2 bar per your Premium Gold spec. Do you have a timeframe for this? Thanks.

I'd ALSO prefer new nozzles, but buying new guaranteed German nozzles is a pricey thing. I can buy a slug from online sources for $27/ea and most (if not all at this point) will be India made and I'll have to return them and take forever to get my $'s back on them.

Or, I can spend $48/ea for them through a local source that claims they can get genuine German made ones.

If I had been able to do a group buy on them, I could've had them at $38/ea., but not enough were willing to buy them.

Anyway, the jist is, I can rebuild and balance with new German nozzles, but they'll add $50 to the price EACH!

Sure, but it would be helpful to know what car it's for???

Am already running out BTW.

Have plenty of parts, just not enough nozzles to go around.
