Seeking WVO buddies in Miami

If there are any of trhe members of this board that would like to collaborate at paying less for fuel while helping to locate and dispose of waste Veggie oil? Or anyone else adventurous enough to want to run their Diesel on something other than taxed dino fuel?If so, please give me a call.

I am cheap and fond of weird ideas, but would like some company.

Leave me a message here and e-mail and I'll get back to you, if you exist.

Richard,

I'm in on this one, I live in the Kendall area. I used to work for a fairly large biodiesel producer in the area who shall remain nameless. Fabrication, plumbing, plant design and upgrades were my specialty.

I've been looking for someone to make biodiesel with, as I pretty much do not believe in WVO due to the engine damage that can occur. On the same coin however I do run blended WVO single tank in my 300D with no heaters. My injectors are already complaining.

$5/gal will make people do strange things.

Keep it up, sounds like a co-op is about to sprout Dade County.

Georges,
Isn't that a bit high? There is a guy (allegedly) selling dryed WVO in Pinecrest for $1/gal. Is yours centrifuged?

I say allegedly due to the fact that I can never get in contact with him. Nevertheless, should keep in touch.

biodiesel production

I am looking for someone to start a biodiesel production in South Florida, we have about 10,000 gallons of WVO per week. You come with a small plant that can produce 1,000 gallons per day and we will supply the WVO.
