Details
This is a friends primary driver, so fast repair was critical.
You may note a few tabs that I welded on to use as pull points. The total time was two days. I used a 3 ton chain come-along, similar to the attached picture. .

I'm amazed by the lack of rust on this car, since it is a daily driver. Any secrets?
