Just wanted to say that i ended up getting a new head unit. It is a brand called Xtreme Sound. Nothing great and very inexpensive. $50 @ outpost.com . My dad a benz mechanic was laughing at me when i bought it, but after he installed it for me, he was amazed at the quality/sound and features of it. It looks nice with the factory look knob. Best feature i think is that it supports mp3 cd's. Anyways just wanted to let you guys know that Xtreme Sound is not a bad brand and works great in my w201.
