are there any in mine?

So, does my '94 E320 Cabriolet have wiring in-place for the door speakers? Read somewhere they're build for sub-woofers?? Or, is there actually supposed to be sound comng out of those grilles on my model?

Am getting ready to replace the fronts (in the dash) and the rears (in the side panels outboard of the rear seat)--boths pairs are aging and make lots of noise with the new Blaupunkt in the dash.

Rear speaker replacement.

Did you ever replace your rear speakers? If so, how do you remove them? Hopefully the grills just pop off, but I don't want to damage them in case they don't and the panel needs to be removed. Thanks, Greg

My '88's rear speaker grills have a screw holding the bottom to the armrest. It angles UP from the bottom, can't see it unless you look under the armrest.
