Need replacement speaker
Hello All,
I'm new to this list but have been watching for some time. There is a wealth of good information here. I wish to acquire a replacement passenger side rear deck speaker for my '87 560SEL (four speaker system). The speaker is a six inch round cone which is labeled "High Quality Speaker" Made in Germany, 6 ohm. I would appreciate hearing if anyone has one or knows where I might find one.

It is time to replace your rear speakers. I would reccomend using a 6.5" coaxial speaker 4ohm and remove/ disconnect the stock tweeters. It takes some work to get a 6.5" in but they fit fine and work well. I use a 6.5" eclipse and have good results.

Its good to know that 6.5's can be fitted. I didn't know that there are tweeters in the rear?
