I have a 93 300E with a Becker Tape Player/Receiver with CD Changer controls. I see the Becker units referred to by a model name. How do I determine what model my unit is?
I'd like to add a CD changer. I have been told by different people at my dealer that I do, and that I do not, need the adapter/interconnect parts (totalling $300 or so) to connect the changer available from the dealer. I know I need them for an Alpine available from Circuit City or others. Thanks for any information. Al |

The model # is on the outer case of ood luckthe radio, which can be read if you remove the radio from the dash. DO NOT DO SO UNLESS YOU HAVE THE CODE!
